3U Audio Pty Ltd is developing two series SDC capsules to upgrade some economic SDC microphones. They also can be used for DIY.
We use no slots backplates in cardioid capsules to match the vents on slotted microphone bodies. The capsules have no frequency response jumps issues between 5kHz to 10kHz.
